We Are Here For You!
Serving our community and ensuring all its members have access to public resources is something we've always been passionate about! We upkeep a public community center and park, in addition to regularly hosting a variety of classes and events. There is a place for you here, so consider looking at what we have to offer!
To: All Vilano Beach Neighbors,
Come celebrate at the Mural, Mingle & More event located at the North Shores Improvement Association Community Center on November 6th at 4PM.
We are celebrating the wonderful Mural titled 'All Things Vilano' painted by out local artist Fran Windler. We have also renovated the community center, tennis, and pickle ball courts.
We are partnering with The Reef Restaurant who will be providing appetizers. There will be great food, drinks, and music. Come meet your neighbors and have some fun!
When: November 6th at 4PM
Where: NSIA Community Center located at 120 Meadow Avenue in St. Augustine, FL 32084
We serve the area of South Ponte Vedra down to St. Augustine Inlet! Much of the area is incredibly scenic, with large beaches and a local wildlife preserve.
Over the years NSIA has been successful in representing our community to county and state officials and we have developed many projects to benefit the community. For example, the community center and firehouse were both built by the Association itself!
The community center offers yoga, pilates, and art programs. It's also available as a rental space for events! The firehouse also serves as a rental space, and we would love to see you host your gatherings with us!
We have lovely community garden plots available to rent.
Additionally, members can enjoy our amenities including a recreational field, sports courts, and a dog park.
We are excited to announce that our tennis and pickle ball courts are being resurfaced and the fencing around the courts will be replaced. The courts should be completed and ready to use by the end of October. Thank you for your patience. For your safety, please stay away from the area until it is completed. Thank you to St. John’s County for improving the courts for our community.
